Matthew Jordan Smith at Golden Gate School

Every year Golden Gate School of Professional Photography offers workshops for professional and amateur photographers. There are many workshops one can take ranging from business to lighting and posing. Education is very important for a photographer. It helps us keep up to date with what's new, refresh our memory or learn new techniques. This is my first time attending, and I chose to take a fashion and lighting class taught by Matthew Jordan Smith. He is a very famous celebrity photographer photographing celebrities ranging from Trya Banks to Martha Stewart. He was even on America's Next Top Model.

Here's me and Matthew.

Angelica Nine Months

Angelica parents came over to my house for a visit recently. While the adults were chatting Angelica was sitting on the floor playing and observing everyone in the room. I noticed this and quickly excused myself from the consveration and grabbed my camera and got these cool pics.

This is her favorite stuff animal.

What's going on ?

Pretty please...

Mikayla's One Year Photos

Last month I photographed Mikayla's first birthday. Mikayla's parent asked me to take some photos of her all grown up. Here are a few of my favorites.

Mikayla's parents are very good teachers.

She knows where her cheeks are,

how to clap her hands,

to dance,

and how to read and ask questions.

She's going to be a very smart girl.
